  Try this place but avoid Prince of Wales Private who have an anaesthetist who in my view, did not deliver basic standards of competent care. Conversely I have a family member who had surgery at Kareena and there was an issue when she came home. I rang Kareena and the surgeon was there who spoke to me and the issue was sorted there and then. That is service!

  Had had quite a bit of experience with this hospital over the last six months, with an aged relative in for quite some time and two relatives in for day surgery. The good..staff are generally great and try hard to deliver a high level of service. The food is of a high standard, much better than in a nursing home or at Sutherland Hospital. The not so good...the check in for day surgery. It can literally take hours to get done, one hangs around forever till they come along and admit you. It seems to be a staffing issue ie not enough.

  My daughter had Day surgery at Kareena private. As a nurse I am truly truly amazed by the exceptional care we received. Ramsay Health, you should be so proud of your staff. Especially those wonderful nurses in recovery who went above and beyond for their patients!

  I have had surgery at KP and every single one day of their staff needs to be commended for the level of care provided by staff, from doctors, nurses, cleaners and kitchen staff. Thank you for making this an easier time. You have all been awesome

  Have tried to call the main number for the hospital & no operator assists. The line simply disconnects 02 9717 0000. Maybe there's something wrong with the line??
