  I booked a vehicle to pick up at 1pm, and got a confirmation email/SMS as well. Upon reaching the pickup location at 1250, the whole centre was locked and no one answered the phone. There was someone else waiting who had a booking as well, with no solution as to how to get vehicles that we had respectively booked. In the end I had to go to the city for a rental as everywhere else local was closed, and wasted a good few hours of a precious Sunday because of what seems like blatant unprofessionalism. Extremely unhappy and won't be using or recommending Thrifty again.

  We had booked a car online (same day booking) and there was an error with the online booking. No cars were available for rental. Regardless of no availability, Lametta still assisted us and rang around looking for a replacement car for us. Thank you Lametta for your time, effort and assistance. We appreciated it. We would still recommend people to rent from Thrifty as the pricing and insurance cover is quite reasonable.
