  Nate (Nathaniel) was super helpful and knowledgeable about all things mobile & plans. He helped us pick the best deal that would benefit us and suit our needs. He was exceptionally courteous and made sure we understand what we were agreeing to before proceeding at every stage. We felt well informed and very comfortable with our handset & plan selection.   Great service. Only issue is as a long term customer having spent close to $3000 there in a few months they don't seem flexible on prices for certain items. They can see with my phone number the amount I've spent surely they can show some flexibility if not front line staff but managers can override and give a better discount.

  if you went there to shop and being served by Nathan or Caitlin or Taylor you will get 5 star service. The technical help they offer is unmatchable any where else in Sydney. I recommend any jbhifi fans to go there. Impressive service and after sale support and comprehensive selection of electronic products.
