  Wow they were pretty good. Nice newish hospital. They treated me really well i went into Emergency went straight in to see a nurse went out waited a bit longer then got a canular n all up about 2.5 hours on a fri night. Docs were awesome. Better than randwick hospital. N i was worried about coming here wont hesitate next time. Thanks heaps so appreciative and only 10 dayz before christmas x

  Went into ED, was rushed through. Booked into surgery the next day. Amazing work! In particular the educator in ED. Kept following up to make sure I was okay.

  Went home yesterday and the staff here were all so lovely. Thank you to my lovely docs and nurses for looking after me. I would of never had been better without you guys. Thank you in advance and keep up the good work :D

  Trying to make sense of what's happening with our experience. Our loved one is in there, we are his carers & advocates & we are treated disrespectfully. Mandatory administration is not being adhered to. Have requested a copy of the processes & procedures relevant to the department we are in. One heartbroken family...

  Recently had a hip replacement, not a very pleasant experience and still recovering. Because i unfortunately was not cover by private health insurance the doctor (if you can call him that) had no nice manner about him at all, in fact he treated me with contempt when i asked him all about the operation at my pre-admission before the actual procedure. While i was recovering in hospital after the operation, he marched into the room, pointed at each patient and said "you will go today, you look like your well enough and we need the beds". you have 1/2 hour to finish your breakfast, get your belongings together, have a shower and pack, clearly not enough time, you can't move very fast due to recovering and one of the nurses had to pack, as if they haven't enough to do, i was hassled the whole 1/2 hour to get out. if i ever set eyes on that doctor again i will tell him what i think of him. The nurses on the other hand were brilliant, overworked and not paid enough to take what the doctors dish out just not enough of them. Don't consider Sutherland Hospital for anything if you know what's good for you, just go to a hospital that might have some care factor, in fact it is like attending a hospital similar to a third world country, where they use outdated procedures, only the private hospitals use the new procedures.
